Jimena is a passionate Mexican resident of Todos Santos for over a decade. Since 2018, she has been dedicating her time to volunteering for Palapa, and as of 2020, she’s been working formally for the organization. Jimena has a background in production and restaurants but also finds joy in spending her free time painting and creating. Her love for Todos Santos and the community is evident in all that she does.
