This information is used to credit your gift or process payment for event registration. If we have trouble processing your order, we will use this information to contact you. We will never give, share or sell your information to third parties. We may use your email to contact you regarding your purchase as well as to keep you informed of updates about your purchase. Participants of events grant The Palapa Society of Todos Santos, A.C. the right to use their image/likeness as captured on film, video or any other electronic medium being utilized at the event, and further understands that such images may likely be used to promote future events, although no individuals will be identified in those images. We do not retain any personal information on our website. We use third-party organizations for processing tickets and donations. See below for their privacy information.
Donations through ICF (from the ICF website)
No information will be released to any third parties (including the nonprofits or projects supported) unless donor specifically authorizes International Community Foundation to do so. Donors will only receive important updates and information related to the work of the International Community Foundation and the nonprofits and communities that the donor cares about. For online donations, Donor will have the option of disclosing their information to the grantees/charities being supported. If donor chooses not disclose their information, a Program Officer may contact donor for permission.

We love to keep you informed of all the wonderful events and happenings at The Palapa Society and The Palapa School. We use Constant Contact to distribute our newsletter via email.
