Jay Masaschi

Board of Directors

Jay Masaschi is a member of the Board of Directors of The Palapa Society, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the educational, cultural, and environmental well-being of the community of Todos Santos, Mexico. He moved to Todos Santos in 2018 and has since made it his full-time home.

With 25 years of experience in building companies, managing operations, and developing strategic planning strategies, primarily in the hospitality and commercial real estate industries, Jay has been utilizing his background to focus on fund development and strategic planning efforts for the Palapa Society. He has been spearheading the organization’s Vision 2025 program, which aims to ensure the long-term viability of the organization and its efforts to serve the community.

In his free time, he enjoys surfing, hiking, riding bikes, exploring Baja, and traveling overseas.
