Jay Masaschi fell in love with Baja while living in Colorado and moved to Todos Santos in 2018, making this his full time home. He has 25 years of experience building companies, managing operations and developing strategic planning strategies, primarily in the hospitality and commercial real industries.
Shortly after moving to the area, he began volunteering with the Palapa Society’s Puente Program, teaching English to local children. He was grateful to have the opportunity to connect with local children and their families.
He has been utilizing his background to focus on fund development and strategic planning efforts for the Palapa Society, including spearheading our Vision 2025 program to ensure the long term viability of the organization and its efforts to serve the community.
In his free time, he can be found surfing, hiking, riding bikes, exploring Baja and traveling overseas.
